Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard option is Archival Matte Paper, which uses archival materials, heavyweight textured paper (300g), and results in a high-quality paper print.

Many of our prints are also offered as Archival Mounted, which uses the same high-quality paper as above and adds a firm mounting to the back. This has loads of benefits, including no need to use glass when framing (no glare!) and the print can be displayed unframed too, leaning on a shelf or wall. Available in sizes 8x8 up to 16x20.

Our newest option, Archival Mounted Brushstroke, builds on the mounted print by adding a hand-painted treatment that mimics the texture of brush strokes and oil paint. Your print truly comes alive with this treatment and should be displayed without glass! Offered for select painting prints.

All of our prints are reproduced from high-quality images of original vintage artwork. We reproduce these original art works under license, which means we are legally authorized to reprint these artworks.
