Our Story

I'm Laura, the one-woman show behind Atelier Juno.

I live in Virginia with my family, which includes our young daughter and our rescue dog and (shop namesake) Juno.

I've always loved collecting, history, and visual arts. A few years ago, when I moved into a 1920’s farmhouse style home with my family, I was on the hunt for affordable, vintage artwork to cover our bare walls. Although there were some shops offering original vintage art, it was too expensive. And others were selling digital downloads, but I was unsure of the final quality.

The art I found also didn’t speak to me. I like unexpected subjects, bold color, and art I haven’t seen before.

That led me to experiment with sourcing, enhancing, and printing vintage art myself. There was a lot of trial and error. But in the end, I developed a process for spotting art that would elevate a home or workspace, enhancing the digital art file so that it faithfully translates to print, and making decisions to maintain affordability without sacrificing quality.

This shop is the result of those labors. Atelier Juno lets me continually look at and find art, and share it with you.

I would love to hear from you. Is there something specific you’re looking for? Want to talk about art or interior decor, or vintage styling? You can find me via:
